A pre-admission/tour interview is required between the principal or her appointee and parent(s) or guardian(s) before admission into the program. This interview will include:

completion of enrollment forms
introduction to your child's teacher
tour of the center
explanation of financial and center/school procedures

Families for our elementary school will receive the registration packet which includes all required forms. Additionally, all elementary school students are required to complete an academic screening and social-emotional observation upon enrollment.

NEW STUDENTS - (Never Attended YSAFE)
You will Need to come to the school between 6:30 a.m. to 5:30p.m. to pick up and fill out your packet.

Please bring with you ;
i) Utility Bill (Electric/Water/Gas) with current address*
ii) Birth Certificate (or Birth Facts)
iii) Immunization Records (for each child)

In Addition:
i) 1st Grade to 3rd Grade - Report Card
ii) 4th Grade to 8th Grades - Report Card, TAKS Scores and Stanford 10 Test Scores

PURCHASING HISD SCHOOL SUPPLIES
