Fill out the New Pre-Kindergarten Application or
Returning Pre-Kindergarten Application
If you are a new student -
Fill out the New H.I.S.D. Student Application for 2019-2020 or
Returning H.I.S.D. Student Application for 2019-2020
Additionally all students will need to fill out the
YSAFE Enrollment Application - Use after August 1, 2019
After filling these out bring the applications in with required documents. We accept applications Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Documents to bring with your application
NEW STUDENTS - (Never Attended YSAFE)
You will need to come to the school between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to pickup and fill out your packet.
Please bring with you ;
i) Utility Bill (Electric/Water/Gas) with current address*
ii) Birth Certificate (or Birth Facts)
iii) Immunization Records (for each child)
In Addition:
i) 1st Grade and 2nd Grade - Report Card
ii) 3rd Grade to 8th Grades - Report Card, STAAR Scores and IOWA Test Scores for 5th grade
RETURNING STUDENTS - (Those who were enrolled 2018-2019)
i) A utility Bill (Electric/Water/Gas) with current address*
ii) Updated Immunization Records (for each child)
